Because every item is personalized and custom-made from your submitted photo, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we stand behind our work with a Happiness Guarantee.

Happiness Guarantee

If you are genuinely unhappy with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make things right. Depending on the situation, this may include:

- Revisions to your artwork
- Replacement items
- Partial refunds
- Full refunds when appropriate

Artwork Revisions

Artwork proofs are provided before printing to help ensure accuracy and satisfaction. We welcome reasonable revision requests and aim to work collaboratively until your keepsake feels right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at keepsakekrate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and work toward a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Because work on personalized orders may begin shortly after purchase, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
