At Keepsake Krate, every order is thoughtfully created from your unique photos and made with care.
Because each keepsake is personalized, production and delivery times may vary slightly depending on artwork revisions, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Digital Orders
Digital keepsake previews are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after your order is placed and your photo is received.
If revisions are requested, turnaround time may extend up to 72 hours depending on the complexity of changes requested.
Physical Orders
Physical prints and framed keepsakes are typically delivered within approximately 6-10 business days from ordering.
Production and shipping timelines may vary during holidays, peak gifting seasons, or periods of high order volume.
Artwork Proofs
We provide artwork proofs before printing to help ensure your keepsake looks just right. Minor revisions are welcomed as part of our Happiness Guarantee
Shipping Locations
At this time, Keepsake Krate primarily ships within the United States.
Select print products may also be available for shipping to Canada.
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and Canada.
