What kind of photo should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos taken at eye level work best.
Natural daylight is perfect, and the closer you are to your pet's face/chest area, the more detail our artist can capture.

In most cases, we can make any photo work.
Can I request changes to my portrait?
Absolutely. You'll receive a proof of your portrait within about 24 hours of ordering, and nothing goes to print until you approve it.
If something doesn't look quite right, just let us know and we'll revise it. Every order is backed by our 100% Artwork Satisfaction Guarantee. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you.
When will I get my order?
Print Yourself Files & Proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days.
For printed and framed orders, your portrait moves to our print facility after approval, and tracking is added to your order within 3 to 5 business days.
Most US customers receive their order within 4-10 business days of approval. Express shipped items typically arrive within 3-8 business days.
Where are your products made?
All of our prints and framed portraits are printed, framed, and assembled in the USA using museum-quality paper, fade-resistant inks, and real glass.
Your order ships directly from our print facility in the American Midwest, carefully packaged and ready to hang or gift upon receiving.
Can you do any pet?
Yes we can. From fish to dog and everything in between.
